Wasinger Daming Obtains Zoning Use Variances From City of St. Louis Board of Adjustment

After being denied a conditional use permit by the City of St. Louis to conduct its business, a City business turned to Wasinger Daming for representation in its pursuit of relief from this decision and the conflicting City ordinances with the City of St. Louis Board of Adjustment. After hearing the evidence and argument, the Board of Adjustment unanimously voted to reverse the Zoning Administrator’s decision and issue all permits to Wasinger Daming’s client necessary to allow the client to conduct its business operations.
