January 30th, 2018After being denied a conditional use permit by the City of St. Louis to conduct its business, a City business turned to Wasinger Daming for representation in its pursuit of relief from this decision and the conflicting City ordinances with the City of St. Louis Board of Adjustment. June 12th, 2017Wasinger Daming was retained by one of its condominium association clients to obtain injunctive relief against a unit owner that rented his condominium unit on AirBNB in violation of the Condominium Declaration. After filing a petition requesting injunctive relief and a motion seeking a temporary restraining order, the Association was granted the relief it sought, and the unit owner was prohibited and enjoined from engaging in further improper rental activities.
