Jury Awards $1,779,439.03 Verdict for Wasinger Daming Client

Following 4.5 years of contentious business litigation and a 2 week trial, a jury in the City of St. Louis returned a verdict on October 17, 2024 in favor of Wasinger Daming’s client for the amount of $1,779,493.03.  The jury also returned a separate verdict entirely in favor of the same client, completely rejecting the other party’s Counterclaim seeking nearly $6 million.  Michael Daming served as lead counsel for the firm’s client.
